Your Responsibilities:
- Repair walls, flooring, and fixtures in vacant apartments
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Change locks and keys as needed
- Assist in appliance moves and installations
- Replace HVAC filters and perform routine upkeep
- Keep grounds, pools, and common areas clean and safe
- Identify and report maintenance concerns
What You Need:
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, or remodeling
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Own basic tools for repair tasks
- Reliable transportation for job assignments
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
