I been with Premier Placement Temporary agency for about to be close to 4 years . I do have lot to say for this year's.... Extraordinary company! Start from Shelby owner of the Premier placement to the all staff in the office I can only give positive reviews! This company not only choose carefully employees they also choose right fit for your placement and send you closest as they can. They provide you a hat and badge with pictures so everyone knows who you work with as maintenance. They will go above and beyond to find you good fit for property. This is not your regular temporary agency and there is more to it! Keep reading you may learn one or 2 things what you didn't know about them. Premier placement organizing Appreciation dinners (we always take pictures ) for employees not only office staff they chose to invite maintenance as well and let me tell you it is so wonderful atmosphere when we meet each others not only to assignments, we get to meet in person like true family on those dinners and talk to each others. It is always nice and pleasant and laugh it is included bc we all part of big family and that is great. Office staff go beyond expectations and not just with assignments they also give employees off the Months Awards and Employees of the year! There is also referral bonus but there is also requirements for it.Just like I say this is best Temporary agency what I worked for and I am looking forward to continuing working for them bc I am small business owner and they employment is based on part time meaning you can request off anytime you wanted . There is also scheduling from week to week on website where you can request off days. Yes there is no vacation paid off or sick time or no holidays .(They do have workers comp insurance). But that is ok if you have small business and you can pay yourself missing time. As agency they will send you to the properties to find perfect fit for you but you can stay there for week or 2 or as long property need you if you like to work there and also do you feel like working there or you want to try other property bc there is many to fit . This Premier Placement Temporary agency like I say it's extra ordinary place and make you feel welcome. There is several names what I can name bc I am dealing with those names on daily basis with assignments or personal conversations and those are let me start with Great Owner Shelby then we go for Great office staffKennedy, Leah, Tia, Donald , Julie , Jason etc.. (forgive me if I miss some of you) and those are the names what they Rock in company and even remember my birthday each year. I have to say Thank you guys You All Rock!! Those are the names what make me feel like I am born in same family and make me feel like I am always welcome to give my opinion to consideration. It is really great and I feel proud to be part of Family company Premier Placement!You find out a lot from this post aren't you?
