Turnkey Technician – Multifamily

We’re looking for Make-Ready, Punch-Out Technicians for our temp and temp-to-perm department.

The pay is $20/hr. As a Make-Ready, Punch-Out Technician you will prepare vacant apartments for new resident move-ins.

• We offer the potential for full-time, permanent placement in the apartment industry. Get to know the property and team before making a permanent commitment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general plumbing & basic electrical work including: replacing/fixing toilets, faucets, light switches, electrical outlets, ceiling fans and light fixtures.

• Repair holes in walls & paint

• Check appliances & inform maintenance staff of any issues

• Change A/C filters

• Change locks & make keys as needed

• Perform routine maintenance or repair on shutters, doors, windows & cabinets

• Help keep the property clean and neat – pick up trash in common areas and straighen swimming pool deck

Requirements:

• Prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling & crouching is required

• The ability to frequently transport or move up to 50 pounds variable distances

• 6 months experience in maintenance related field; must have own tools

• Must be willing to work outdoors
