• Pay: $16.50 per hour, paid weekly (every Friday). 
• Hours: General leasing office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am-6 pm; Saturdays, 10 am-5 pm; and Sundays, 1 pm-5 pm. Candidates seeking Temp-to-Perm opportunities must be available for at least two weekends per month. 

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:

• Address phone and online inquiries from potential residents and current tenants. 
•  Provide guided tours of apartments and amenities while helping prospects find their perfect home. 
• Assist with application processing, move-in coordination, and lease documentation preparation. 
• Maintain a welcoming and polished environment by ensuring the office, show units, and amenities are clean and tour-ready every day. 
• Conduct market surveys to stay informed about competitor offerings. 
• Manage and update property-specific software systems (e.g., OneSite, Yardi, or Entrata) to keep accurate records. 

Leasing Consultant Qualifications:

• Fair Housing Certification (Premier Placements provides this certification free of charge). 
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional **customer service** and drive sales success. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 
• Positive, team-oriented mindset. 
• Dependable transportation is required. 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

1. Present yourself professionally in appearance and demeanor. 
2. Alternate between sitting and standing for long durations. 
3. Navigate staircases multiple times throughout the day. 
4. Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
