Premier Placements is looking for experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to assist with general maintenance, renovations, and repairs at apartment communities throughout Metro Atlanta as well as Austell and Avondale Estates, GA.

Essential Job Duties:

1. Diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues
2. Install light fixtures, flooring, countertops, and cabinets
3. Perform preventative maintenance and unit turnover work
4. Maintain community exteriors, including pools and common areas
5. Respond to resident requests and maintain excellent customer service

Job Requirements:

1. Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or renovations
2. Ability to troubleshoot and fix mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
3. Must have basic hand tools
4. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
