Premier Placements is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Recruiter Assistant to join our team! The Recruiter Assistant will support, assist, and back up our recruiting team throughout the day, creating a seamless experience for our employees, applicants, and clients.

Pay – $19-$21 per hour DOE (paid weekly)
Hours – Monday through Thursday from 8 am – 5 pm and Friday 8 am – 3 pm.
Location: 1640 Powers Ferry Rd. SE, Building 16 Suite 100 Marietta, GA 30067

Recruiter Assistant responsibilities include:
• Answer phones and voicemails, directing calls to the appropriate extension
• Upload and manage resumes and applications that are submitted
• Enter all new client job requests and send out service agreements when needed
• Partner with recruiters to understand and address staffing needs
• Sourcing and screening applicants to provide feedback and recommendations for hire
• Assist recruiters with client and employee communications regarding scheduling work assignments via phone, email, and text
• Use social media to identify prospective candidates and promote the agency
• Review database to maintain accurate and updated information for the client and candidate files
• Document and communicate client/employee conversations
• Assist recruiters and applicants with interviews, new hire paperwork, and onboarding
• Help create content and manage social media sites for the company
• Client site drop-ins

Qualities we look for:
• Previous experience in multi-family property management preferred
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Problem-solving skills
• Motivated, proactive, competitive, and results-oriented
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
• Organized, accurate, and thorough by nature
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Teams
• Team-oriented and willing to help co-workers when needed

Our office is located in Marietta on Powers Ferry Rd near Windy Hill. The hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 am – 5 pm and Friday 8 am – 3 pm.
