Responsibilities: 

1. Perform basic plumbing repairs and electrical maintenance (toilets, faucets, switches, outlets). 
2. Assist in patching walls, painting, and preparing apartments for move-ins. 
3. Help inspect appliances and collaborate with the maintenance staff. 
4. Replace A/C filters and locks, and make new keys as required. 
5. Support minor property repairs like fixing shutters and doors. 
6. Keep common areas clean and welcoming for residents. 

Requirements:

1. Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude toward new challenges. 
2. Physical stamina to stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. 
3. Reliable transportation and comfort working outdoors in all seasons. 
4. Own basic tools for on-site repairs
