Responsibilities: 

• Perform basic plumbing repairs and electrical maintenance (toilets, faucets, switches, outlets). 
• Assist in patching walls, painting, and preparing apartments for move-ins. 
• Help inspect appliances and collaborate with the maintenance staff. 
• Replace A/C filters and locks, and make new keys as required. 
• Support minor property repairs like fixing shutters and doors. 
• Keep common areas clean and welcoming for residents. 

Requirements:

2. Physical stamina to stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
