Responsibilities: 

– Perform basic plumbing repairs and electrical maintenance (toilets, faucets, switches, outlets).

– Replace A/C filters and locks, and make new keys as required. 

– Support minor property repairs like fixing shutters and doors. 

– Keep common areas clean and welcoming for residents. 

Requirements:

– Physical stamina to stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
