Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Basic maintenance skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Strong time management and self-motivation
• Own basic hand tools for on-site repairs
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work indoors/outdoors
