Job Responsibilities:

3.     Change locks and make new keys

4.     Assist in moving appliances in and out of units

5.     Replace HVAC filters regularly

6.     Maintain grounds, common areas, and exteriors

7.     Follow safety protocols and report hazards

Requirements:

·        Basic maintenance skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs

·        Strong time management and self-motivation

·        Own basic hand tools for on-site repairs

·        Reliable transportation to job sites

·        Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work indoors/outdoors
