We’re hiring EPA Certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians for Temp and Temp-to-Hire roles across Metro Atlanta. Our technicians are essential in maintaining apartment communities, ensuring smooth daily operations through reliable upkeep and repairs.
- Pay: Competitive weekly pay delivered on Fridays – 23/hour for EPA Certified Maintenance Technicians
- Schedule: Weekdays only, 8am to 6pm (Enjoy weekends and evenings off!)
- Location: Flexible placements in East Atlanta and Gwinnett area communities
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 6 months of maintenance experience.
- Skilled in appliance repair, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance.
- EPA Type I & II or Universal certification (for EPA Certified roles).
- Reliable, self-motivated individuals with their own tools.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain efficiency at apartment communities by performing upkeep in units, shared areas, and amenities.
- Complete essential tasks such as appliance installations, lock/key updates, and preparing vacant units for move-ins.
- Troubleshoot and fix electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC issues efficiently.
- Keep professional records of completed work, service requests, and maintenance schedules.
- Handle HVAC repairs and maintenance as required.
Work Environment & Physical Tasks
- Indoor and outdoor work in varied weather conditions is part of the job.
- Frequent standing, kneeling, climbing, and lifting heavy objects (50+ pounds).
- Bring your tools – EPA Certified Technicians also need HVAC gauges and meters.
