Premier Placements is seeking a Part-Time Bilingual English/Spanish Recruiter Assistant to join our team!

The Recruiter Assistant will support, assist, and back up our recruiting team throughout the day, creating a seamless experience for our employees, applicants, and clients.

Our office is located in Marietta on Powers Ferry Rd near Windy Hill. The hours are Monday and Wednesday 7:45 am – 5 pm.

Recruiter Assistant responsibilities include:

1. Answer phones and voicemails, directing calls to appropriate extension
2. Enter all new client job requests and send out service agreements when needed
3. Assist recruiters with client and employee communications regarding scheduling work assignments via phone, email, and text
4. Review database to maintain accurate and updated information for the client and candidate files
5. Document and communicate client/employee conversations
6. Assist recruiters and applicants with interviews, new hire paperwork, and onboarding

Qualities we look for:

1. Previous experience in multi-family property management preferred
2. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
3. Problem-solving skills
4. Motivated, proactive, competitive, and results-oriented
5. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
6. Organized, accurate, and thorough by nature
7. Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Teams
8. Team-oriented and willing to help co-workers when needed
