Make-Ready, Punch-Out Technicians Needed – $20/Hour + Flexible Scheduling

Premier Placements is seeking experienced maintenance professionals for Make-Ready, Punch-Out Technician roles.

Prepare vacant apartments for new resident move-ins and use your expertise to help maintain high standards in property management. 

Pay: $20/hour, paid weekly 

Location: Apartment properties across East Atlanta and Dekalb County

Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets) and electrical work (switches, outlets, ceiling fans). 
• Patch walls, repair damages, and paint as needed. 
• Inspect appliances and report issues to the maintenance team. 
• Replace A/C filters, locks, and create new keys. 
• Conduct routine repairs on shutters, cabinets, doors, and windows. 
• Ensure shared areas like pool decks and common spaces are clean and tidy. 

Qualifications Required: 

• At least 6 months of maintenance experience with a proven track record. 
• Own tools, have reliable transportation and work independently. 
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. 
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
