3. Prepare lease agreements and coordinate move-ins
4. Log maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
5. Maintain office, vacant units, and amenities to leasing standards
6. Stay competitive by completing market surveys

Qualifications:

1. Experience in LIHTC leasing is required
2. Familiarity with property management software (OneSite, Yardi, Entrata preferred)
3. Fair Housing Certification (Training provided if needed)
4. Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
5. Reliable transportation required
