Apartment Leasing Associate – Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required

Compensation & Schedule:

1. $16.50/hour, paid weekly
2. Full-time, 1st shift (40 hours per week)
3. Weekend availability required

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective renters.
2. Conduct informative and engaging property tours.
3. Manage leasing applications, approvals, and lease signings.
4. Maintain leasing files and property records.
5. Provide top-tier customer service to existing residents.

Job Requirements:

1. Bilingual (Spanish & English) required.
2. Fair Housing Certification (training available).
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Previous leasing, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
