Apartment Leasing Associate – Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required

Compensation & Schedule:

• $16.50/hour, paid weekly
• Full-time, 1st shift (40 hours per week)
• Weekend availability required

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective renters.
• Conduct informative and engaging property tours.
• Manage leasing applications, approvals, and lease signings.
• Maintain leasing files and property records.
• Provide top-tier customer service to existing residents.

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) required.
• Fair Housing Certification (training available).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous leasing, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
