Premier Placements is hiring EPA Certified Maintenance Technicians for Temp and Temp-to-Perm assignments across Metro Atlanta apartment communities.

Our technicians handle a variety of tasks, ensuring consistent operations within apartment homes and shared spaces. 

1. Pay: Weekly pay every Friday EPA Certified Maintenance: $23/hour 
2. Schedule: Weekdays only, 8am to 6pm (No weekends, no on-call!) 
3. Location: Flexible! Opportunities across Metro Atlanta. 

Qualifications 

• At least 6 months of experience in property maintenance, appliance repair, plumbing, and electrical work. 
• Proficiency in carpentry, painting, flooring, and HVAC repairs. 
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification required for EPA technicians. 
• Self-starter skills with the ability to work independently. 
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. 
• Basic toolset and HVAC gauges and meters required. 

Responsibilities 

-Perform routine technical and mechanical upkeep for apartment units, amenity areas, and communal spaces. 

-Handle trash removal, lock changes, appliance relocation, and prepping vacant units for move-ins. 

-Swiftly diagnose and resolve issues with plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, flooring, and drywall. 

-Maintain professionalism and keep accurate records of service requests and preventive maintenance tasks. 

-EPA Certified Technicians must troubleshoot and service HVAC systems per EPA standards. 

Physical Demands & Work Environment 

• Indoor and outdoor work required in all weather conditions. 
• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, climbing, and lifting heavy objects (50+ pounds). 
• Follow OSHA standards regarding safety and code requirements.
