Your Role:

✔ Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, and electrical issues

✔ Perform unit turnovers and preventative maintenance

✔ Install air conditioning units, water heaters, sinks, and faucets

✔ Provide excellent service to residents and leasing staff

✔ Maintain grounds, pools, and public spaces

Who We’re Looking For:

1.     HVAC Certified Technician with EPA Type I & II or Universal Certification

2.     Minimum 6 months of hands-on HVAC experience

3.     Ability to handle maintenance tasks for multifamily and rental homes

4.     Own basic maintenance tools and HVAC equipment

5.     Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
