Grounds Maintenance Tech – Start Immediately

Premier Placements is now hiring Grounds Maintenance Techs to assist with the upkeep of apartment communities throughout Atlanta. If you enjoy outdoor work and want a job that keeps you moving, this opportunity is for you.

Compensation: $16.50/hour, paid every Friday

Schedule: Monday through Saturday availability, first shift only

What You’ll Do:

• Remove trash and debris from buildings, lawns, and sidewalks
• Operate landscaping tools like blowers
• Perform light maintenance such as replacing bulbs and painting
• Maintain neat, professional grounds appearance
• Notify property management of issues or hazards

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outside in any weather
• Dependable and team-focused
