Devon spoke to me last week explaining Kedy is awesome, and is actually a former Rangewater employee. When he was laid off from his last property, he applied for the opening at Bryn House, before coming back to PP. Devon said he honestly hasn’t gone through any of those apps because he has been swamped and this potential transfer got overlooked. That is when Kedy reached out to come back to PP, and I coincidentally booked him at Bryn House. Devon explained that Kedy brought this to his attention. Essentially, if Kedy is to be hired here, we would treat this as a payroll, not a traditional placement.
