Pay: Weekly Pay on Fridays
• EPA Certified Maintenance – $23/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm or 9 am – 6 pm

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
• Must have 6 months of hands-on experience working in residential, building, handyman, or hotel maintenance-related fields.
• Well-rounded proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and HVAC.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification required.
• Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are a requirement.
• Must possess basic maintenance tools and gauges and meters for HVAC tasks.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
• Respond to and complete service requests for individual homes, apartments, communal spaces, and amenity areas in a safe and timely manner.
• Assist in grounds clean-up each morning and appliance relocation to or from the apartments as needed.
• Change locks & make keys as needed.
• Diagnose and fix issues involving electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring & drywall.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace when completing work orders.
• Punch out vacant units for new move-ins.
• Maintain accurate records related to work performed on service requests, apartment make-ready status & work-in-progress.
• Always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Troubleshoot & service HVAC equipment in accordance with EPA standards, when applicable, using all necessary equipment & logs as required.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
• Inside & outside work in all types of weather is required.
• Tasks most often involve prolonged standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Frequently lift 50+ pounds across variable distances.
