Responsibilities:

✔ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances

✔ Perform preventative maintenance and prepare apartments for move-ins

✔ Install HVAC systems, water heaters, sinks, light fixtures, and doors

✔ Provide top-tier customer service to residents and property managers

✔ Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work

✔ Ensure property grounds, pools, and public areas remain clean and safe

Qualifications:

1.     EPA Type I & II or Universal Certification required

2.     At least 6 months of HVAC hands-on experience

3.     Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems

4.     Own basic hand tools, gauges, and meters for HVAC repairs

5.     Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
