Flexible Apartment Maintenance Technician Roles – $21.50/Hour

Premier Placements is hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians and skilled handyman for temp-to-perm positions in multifamily apartment communities across metro Atlanta, including Cobb, Fulton, DeKalb, and Gwinnett counties. Choose a role with no on-call duties and enjoy the freedom to focus on what matters most to you.
Pay: $21.50/hour, weekly pay
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm (No weekends)
Location: Apartment communities throughout metro Atlanta
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of verified residential repair or maintenance experience.
 - Expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, light carpentry, and painting.
 - Ability to work independently and tackle routine maintenance efficiently.
 - Own basic hand tools for daily maintenance tasks.
 - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
 
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, carpentry, and flooring in resident occupied apartments.
 - Perform vacant unit make-ready tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
 - Conduct small renovation tasks: install sinks, faucets, cabinets, blinds, countertops, and more.
 - Ensure maintenance records are accurate and organized.
 - Maintain shared spaces like pools, public restrooms, and outdoor areas by removing trash and performing cleanup.
 - Report unsafe conditions and assist with grounds maintenance.
 - Follow safety standards and wear **PPE** when necessary.
 - Deliver exceptional service to residents with a professional attitude.
 - Assist with morning trash pick-up.
 
Physical Demands:
- Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
 - Frequently lift and move objects weighing over 50 pounds.
 - Engage in prolonged standing, climbing, kneeling, and stooping.
