Key Responsibilities:

• Remove litter and pet waste from lawns, sidewalks, and common areas
• Clean and maintain breezeways, stairwells, and entryways using blowers or pressure washers
• Ensure trash collection areas are kept organized and compactors are properly used
• Replace light bulbs in outdoor fixtures and common areas
• Perform minor touch-up painting as needed
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisors to keep properties in excellent condition

What We’re Looking For:

ü Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

ü Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

ü Professional attitude and strong communication skills

ü Reliable transportation to job sites

ü Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs
