Groundskeepers, Porters, and Janitors Wanted – Metro Atlanta Apartment Communities

We are seeking Groundskeepers who take pride in keeping properties clean and welcoming for residents. Most work will be outdoors year-round, rain or shine. 

1. Pay: $16.50/hour, weekly pay 
2. Location: Apartment properties throughout Metro Atlanta 
3. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm 

Qualifications:

1. Display professionalism and a tidy appearance. 
2. Work independently with strong time management skills. 
3. Exercise judgment and make thoughtful decisions. 
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues and residents. 
5. Follow safety guidelines and understand usage of protective gear and manuals. 
6. Own reliable transportation. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Maintain lawns, common areas, and buildings. 
2. Collect trash and pet waste to maintain cleanliness. 
3. Perform landscaping and pool care. 
4. Water shrubs, lawns, and flowers when necessary. 
5. Use blowers or power washers to clear walkways and halls of debris. 
6. Keep parking areas, walkways, and driveways clean. 
7. Operate trash compactors and clean vacant units. 
8. Complete small maintenance tasks like painting touch-ups and changing bulbs. 
9. Transport appliances. 
10. Carry out custodial tasks in mid-rise and high-rise buildings. 
11. Salt sidewalks and remove snow during winter. 
12. Resolve resident concerns with exceptional customer service. 

Physical Demands and Work Conditions:

1. Work indoors and outdoors in all seasons. 
2. Stand, walk, kneel, climb, and crouch for prolonged periods. 
3. Regularly lift 50+ pounds.
