Groundskeepers, Porters, and Janitors Wanted – Metro Atlanta Apartment Communities

Join Premier Placements for temp or temp-to-perm roles at apartment complexes around Metro Atlanta!

We are seeking Groundskeepers who take pride in keeping properties clean and welcoming for residents. Most work will be outdoors year-round, rain or shine. 

• Pay: $16.50/hour, weekly pay 
• Location: Apartment properties throughout East Atlanta and Gwinnett
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm 

Qualifications:

• Display professionalism and a tidy appearance. 
• Work independently with strong time management skills. 
• Exercise judgment and make thoughtful decisions. 
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and residents. 
• Follow safety guidelines and understand usage of protective gear and manuals. 
• Own reliable transportation. 

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain lawns, common areas, and buildings. 
• Collect trash and pet waste to maintain cleanliness. 
• Perform landscaping and pool care. 
• Water shrubs, lawns, and flowers when necessary. 
• Use blowers or power washers to clear walkways and halls of debris. 
• Keep parking areas, walkways, and driveways clean. 
• Operate trash compactors and clean vacant units. 
• Complete small maintenance tasks like painting touch-ups and changing bulbs. 
• Transport appliances. 
• Carry out custodial tasks in mid-rise and high-rise buildings. 
• Salt sidewalks and remove snow during winter. 
• Resolve resident concerns with exceptional customer service. 

Physical Demands and Work Conditions:

1. Work indoors and outdoors in all seasons. 
2. Stand, walk, kneel, climb, and crouch for prolonged periods. 
3. Regularly lift 50+ pounds.
