Premier Placements is looking for motivated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Professionals to fill exciting roles at apartment communities across Metro Atlanta.

Position Benefits:

1. $16.50/hour + Weekly Pay
2. Full-time (40 hrs/week), 1st shift
3. Weekends required

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Assist potential renters with leasing inquiries and property tours.
2. Process rental applications and review lease agreements.
3. Maintain accurate and organized leasing records.
4. Help promote a welcoming, professional community environment.
5. Respond to resident requests and assist with renewals.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Must be fluent in both Spanish & English.
2. Fair Housing Certification (training provided).
