Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish/English) – Sandy Springs, GA

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr while working temp through Premier Placements LLC

Schedule: Full-time

Start: ASAP

Premier Placements LLC is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Leasing Consultant to support a beautiful apartment community in Sandy Springs, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is energetic, professional, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

While this role begins as temporary, our goal is to place you permanently with one of our amazing clients. Once hired by the client, you will be eligible for:

What You’ll Do:

1. Greet residents and prospective residents with a professional, customer‑focused approach
2. Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes
3. Assist prospects with applications and leasing paperwork
4. Respond to phone and email inquiries
5. Provide exceptional service to current residents
6. Support daily office operations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

1. Bilingual Spanish/English is required
2. A friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
3. Strong communication and customer service skills
4. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
5. Previous leasing experience is a plus, but not required — we welcome candidates with hospitality, retail, administrative, and other customer-focused backgrounds
