Pay: $16.50 per hour, paid weekly every Friday

Hours: General leasing office hours are Monday-Friday between 8 am and 6 pm, Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm, and Sundays from 1 pm to 5 pm. The ability to work at least 2 weekends a month will be required for those seeking Temp-to-Perm opportunities.

Bilingual Leasing Consultant Qualifications:
• Ability to speak, write, and read in English and Spanish so that you can communicate and translate for prospects and residents who aren’t fluent in English.
• Fair Housing Certification (Provided at no cost to those needing certification).
• A history of strong customer service and sales skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized approach with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Caring team-centric mindset with a consistently positive attitude.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Bilingual Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:
• Respond to phone and online inquiries from potential prospects and residents.
• Greet, qualify, and tour potential residents for the apartment communities.
• Process rental applications, obtain required documents, coordinate move-ins, and prepare all lease documentation.
• Organize, straighten and sparkle clean the office, show units, model apartments, and amenities each day to ensure they are tour-ready.
• Complete market surveys to stay updated with competitors’ offerings.
• Utilize various property-specific software such as OneSite, Yardi, or Entrata to maintain detailed documentation and records in the property management system.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
• Always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Climb up and down stairs multiple times a day.
• Comfortably lift items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Handle high-pressure situations with composure.
