Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage phones, emails, and face-to-face interactions with customers and residents in a fast-paced office.  
• Acknowledge and greet customers promptly in both English and Spanish, delivering exceptional service.  
• Qualify potential tenants, understanding their needs to market, show, and lease apartments effectively.  
• Conduct virtual and in-person tours, showcasing features and benefits of the property in both languages.  
• Utilize sales strategies to meet leasing goals and close deals by overcoming objections.  
• Process rental applications, including background, income, and rental history verifications, and prepare lease paperwork.  
• Address resident complaints and concerns, providing solutions in either language to enhance satisfaction.  
• Perform social media management, opening and closing checklists, and support community events.  
• Collect rent and deposits for rental homes.  
• Follow up with resident concerns to ensure retention and satisfaction in a multilingual environment.
