Are you a bilingual professional with a passion for customer service? Premier Placements is hiring Bilingual Leasing Consultants for high-demand apartment communities across Metro Atlanta.

Position Details:

1. $16.50/hour, paid every Friday
2. Full-time (40 hours per week), 1st shift
3. Weekend availability required

What You’ll Do:

1. Welcome and assist prospective tenants in a friendly, professional manner.
2. Conduct property showings and highlight key amenities.
3. Manage leasing paperwork, applications, and compliance.
4. Maintain leasing records and keep resident files updated.
5. Provide outstanding customer service to existing tenants.

Your Qualifications:

1. Bilingual (Spanish/English) – required.
2. Fair Housing Certification (training available).
3. Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
4. Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
