Apartment Punch/Make Ready Tech

Turnkey, Punch, Make Ready Technicians needed – Temporary and Temp-to-Perm jobs are available now in and around Sandy Springs. Dunwoody, Buckhead and Roswell.

$20 per hour, weekdays 1st shift

Punch/Make-Ready Technician:
• Some previous experience necessary
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, installation of ceiling fans and light fixtures, etc. is required. Handyman and/or construction background would be good for this role.
• Willing and able to assist with grounds/porter duties.
• Responsible for going in and making the apartment like-new and move-in ready for the next resident. A punch list will be given to be completed for work in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, etc.
• Must be able to change electrical outlets, light fixtures, minor plumbing like changing toilets or faucets, repair drywall, install blinds, etc.
• Trashing out vacant units.
• Perform preventative routine maintenance.
• You will be required to bring your own tools necessary for the job.
• Tasks most often involve prolonged standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Frequently lift 50+ pounds across variable distances.
