If you have a talent for transforming spaces into pristine, move-in-ready homes, and an eye for detail, this position is ideal for you! As a Make Ready Technician, you’ll take on a crucial role in making sure our client’s properties are not only well-kept but also prepared to welcome new residents. Your efforts will directly shape the first impression that residents have, setting the tone for their new environment.
Pay: $20 per hour paid weekly each Friday.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm or 9 am – 6 pm
Punch/Make Ready Technician Qualifications:
• Must have 6 months of well-rounded experience repairing basic issues related to electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring & drywall.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to efficiently work with minimal supervision.
• Professional attitude and appearance at all times.
• Own and utilize basic hand tools for maintenance work.
• Reliable transportation is required.
Punch/Make Ready Technician Responsibilities:
• Assist with grounds and trash pickup on the property each day.
• Change locks and make keys as needed.
• Assist in moving appliances to or from the apartment.
• Adhere to safety standards, using personal protective equipment when needed.
• Routine maintenance of various fixtures such as screens, blinds, doors, and windows.
• Regularly replace A/C filters.
• Perform general plumbing and basic electrical work including replacing/fixing toilets, faucets, light switches, electrical outlets, ceiling fans, and light fixtures.
• Repair holes in walls and paint.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
• Inside and outside work in all types of weather is required.
• Prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and crouching are required.
• Frequently lift 50+ pounds across variable distances.
