Job Opportunity: Groundskeepers, Porters, and Janitors Needed in Metro Atlanta

Premier Placements is hiring for temporary and temp-to-perm positions at apartment communities across Metro Atlanta.

We’re looking for dependable Groundskeepers to keep properties clean and attractive for residents. Work primarily outdoors throughout the year, regardless of weather conditions. 

1. Pay: $16.50 per hour, paid weekly 
2. Location: Multiple apartment complexes in Metro Atlanta 
3. Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm 

Qualifications:

• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance. 
• Manage time effectively with minimal supervision. 
• Make sound decisions and exercise good judgment. 
• Communicate clearly with team members and residents. 
• Follow safety procedures and understand product labels/manuals. 
• Have reliable transportation. 

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings, lawns, and shared areas like pools and bathrooms. 
• Pick up trash and pet waste to uphold community standards. 
• Perform landscaping and lawn maintenance. 
• Water plants, shrubs, and flowers as needed. 
• Remove debris from walkways and halls using blowers or power washers. 
• Keep parking lots, driveways, and walkways spotless. 
• Operate trash compactors and remove trash from vacant units. 
• Handle minor maintenance like painting touch-ups and bulb replacements. 
• Move appliances when necessary. 
• Handle custodial work in mid-rise and high-rise properties. 
• Spread salt and remove snow during winter months. 
• Provide excellent customer service to residents. 

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Perform indoor and outdoor tasks in all types of weather. 
• Regularly stand, walk, climb, kneel, and crouch for extended periods. 
• Lift 50+ pounds frequently.
