Premier Placements seeking Porters and Waste Management who can diligently maintain the exterior grounds of apartment communities and upkeep curb appeal for residents. This groundskeeper position does require you to walk around outside all day in the weather.

1. Pay: $17.75/hour, weekly pay on Fridays
2. Location: Apartment properties throughout Metro Atlanta, specifically the Doraville and Suwanee areas

Qualifications:

1. Present yourself with a professional and groomed demeanor
2. Work diligently without direct supervision
3. Use good decision making skills while keeping safety in mind
4. Keep in contact with the property manager, maintenance supervisor, and teammates throughout your shift
5. Effectively use the appropriate protective wear and follow safety protocol
6. Must have reliable transportation to travel to different apartment communities around the Metro Atlanta areas

Responsibilities: 

1. Patrol the apartment grounds, common areas, amenities, and apartment buildings
2. Remove any trash, debris, litter, or waste from the property
3. Maintain community amenities and ensure that the amenities are properly cleaned
4. Pressure wash buildings, breezeways, and sidewalks to maintain apartment exterior
5. Use blowers or power washers to clear walkways and breezeways of debris
6. Keep streets, walking paths, and sideways clean and free of litter and buildup
7. Clear vacant apartments of trash and debris
8. Operate trash compactors and be familiar with safety protocol
9. Execute minor maintenance tasks (examples include paint touchups, changing bulbs, and
10. Complete cleaning and custodial tasks for mid-rise and high-rise buildings with minimal outdoor grounds
11. Salt sidewalks and remove any snow and ice during winter 
12. Assist resident and direct residents to the appropriate staff member
13. Transport home appliances up and down stairs

Physical Demands and Work Conditions:

1. Work inside and outside in all types of weather on foot for up to 8 hours per day
2. Bending, crouching, stooping, walking on uneven pavement and terrain, etc.
3. Regularly lift 50+ pounds.
