Grounds Maintenance – Start Your Career Outdoors

Looking for a hands-on, outdoor job with flexible hours? Premier Placements is seeking Grounds Maintenance Technicians to assist in the upkeep of apartment communities across the Atlanta area.

Hourly Rate: $16.50, paid every Friday

Work Type: Temporary and Temp-to-Hire Opportunities

Shift: First shift only, flexible days

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain building exteriors, breezeways, and common spaces
• Remove trash and debris from grounds
• Operate backpack blowers and trash compactors
• Report repair needs to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Perform minor exterior/interior painting
• Replace bulbs and clean up pet waste

Qualifications:

• Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Enjoys working outside and staying active
