Apartment Maintenance Technician

Apartment Service Technicians needed – Temporary and Temp-to-Perm jobs are available now.

$21.50 per hour, weekdays 1st shift

Maintenance Technician:
• Hands-on experience working in residential, building, handyman, or hotel maintenance-related fields.
• Responsible for residential apartment work orders in occupied units.
• Diagnosing and repairing issues concerning plumbing in the kitchen or bathrooms including sinks, toilets, faucets, tubs, and showers. Some electrical knowledge to change out light fixtures, thermostats, outlets, etc.
• Able to troubleshoot issues with appliances such as refrigerators, garbage disposal, dishwasher, oven, icemaker, etc.
• Assist with other duties such as apartment turns in vacant apartments, painting, drywall, carpentry, rekeying/hanging doors, tiling, sheetrock, installation of ceiling fans/light fixtures, maintenance of grounds, etc.
• You will be required to bring your own basic hand tools necessary for the job..
• Must be able to perform tasks that involve prolonged standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Frequently lift 50+ pounds across variable distances.
