Apartment Maintenance Technician – $23 per hour

We are currently hiring both non-certified and EPA Certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians for Temp and Temp to Perm opportunities at apartment communities throughout Metro Atlanta. Our Service Technicians are responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks for apartment communities in the Atlanta area.

Benefits:

• Non EPA – $21.50/hour – EPA – $23/hour – paid weekly on Friday
• All shifts are between 8am-6pm (No Weekends)
• NO ON-CALL EVER as a Temp!
• Weekly scheduling
• Location – Flexible. We service communities all around the Atlanta area.

Responsibilities:

Duties of an Apartment Maintenance Technician:

• Complete service requests: Diagnose, repair, and resolve problems in apartments including electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and drywall.
• Repair damage and prepare vacant units for new move-ins.
• Change locks and make keys as needed.
• Assist in moving heavy appliances to or from apartments.
• Assist in trash pickup on the property to maintain cleanliness.

Required for an Apartment Maintenance Tech:

• Inside/outside including working in inclement weather.
• Prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Frequently lift 50+ pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have tools.
• EPA Techs: Type II or Universal certified with at least 6 months of working experience.
