Duties Include:

✔ Diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, appliances, electrical, and plumbing

✔ Performing preventative maintenance and property repairs

✔ Installing HVAC systems, water heaters, cabinets, and lighting

✔ Keeping property grounds and shared spaces safe and clean

✔ Providing top-tier service to residents and leasing staff

Requirements:

·        EPA Type I & II or Universal HVAC Certification

·        Minimum 6 months of HVAC experience

·        Basic hand tools and HVAC testing equipment required

·        Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
