Duties Include:

Diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, appliances, electrical, and plumbing

Performing preventative maintenance and property repairs

Installing HVAC systems, water heaters, cabinets, and lighting

Keeping property grounds and shared spaces safe and clean

Providing top-tier service to residents and leasing staff

Requirements:

·        EPA Type I & II or Universal HVAC Certification

·        Minimum 6 months of HVAC experience

·        Basic hand tools and HVAC testing equipment required

·        Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
