Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Punch Technician (No On-Call)

Location: Smyrna, GA and Atlanta, GA

Pay: $20.00 per hour | Paid Every Friday

Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Premier Placements is seeking reliable Punch/Make Ready Technicians to help our property management partners prepare vacant apartment units for new residents. Your Daily Impact:

1. Unit Preparation: Transform vacant units into “move-in ready” homes by performing “punch list” repairs.
2. Technical Repairs: Fix or replace light fixtures, outlets, leaky faucets, and running toilets.
3. Detail Work: Patch drywall, touch-up paint, and ensure windows and doors (including locks) work perfectly.
4. Appliance Care: Assist with moving or testing refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.
5. Property Pride: Assist with groundskeeping and exterior “curb appeal” to keep the community looking its best.

What You Bring to the Team:

1. Experience: 6+ months of experience in apartment turnovers, residential remodeling, or general maintenance.
2. Tools: You own a set of basic hand tools (screwdriver, hammer, wrenches, etc.).
3. Reliability: You have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to get to the job site.
4. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work comfortably in both indoor and outdoor environments.
