About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant in Chamblee, GA, you’ll play a key role in leasing, marketing, and fostering strong relationships with residents of multi-family apartment communities. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation and reputation of the property.

Do you have experience as a server, bartender, or influencer? If so, you already have some of the skills to excel as a Leasing Consultant! Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phones, emails, and face-to-face interactions with customers and apartment residents in a fast-paced office. 
  • Acknowledge and greet customers promptly, delivering top-notch customer service. 
  • Qualify potential tenants, understanding their needs to market, show, and lease apartments accurately. 
  • Conduct virtual and in-person tours, showcasing features and benefits of the property and housing. 
  • Utilize sales strategies to meet leasing goals and close leasing deals by overcoming objections. 
  • Process rental applications, including background, income, and rental history verifications, and prepare apartment lease paperwork. 
  • Inspect and perform minor cleaning to ensure apartments are move-in ready. 
  • Address resident complaints and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues to enhance community satisfaction. 
  • Perform opening and closing checklists for the office, model apartments, and amenities. 
  • Manage social media accounts to promote the property and engage with the community. 
  • Collect rent and deposits for rental homes. 
  • Follow up with resident concerns to ensure satisfaction and bolster retention.
