What You’ll Be Doing:

1.     Repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical components

2.     Install cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, HVAC units, and water heaters

3.     Complete preventative maintenance & unit turnovers

4.     Maintain property exteriors, pools, and shared spaces

5.     Deliver outstanding service to residents and staff

Qualifications Needed:

✔ EPA Type I & II or Universal HVAC Certification

✔ At least 6 months of hands-on HVAC experience

✔ Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

✔ Basic hand tools and HVAC diagnostic equipment

✔ Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
