Apartment Groundskeeper

Groundskeepers needed – Temporary and Temp-to-Perm jobs are available now in and around Decatur, GA

$16.50 per hour, weekdays 1st shift

Groundskeeper Porter:
• No experience necessary. This job is primarily outside
• Responsible for upkeep of outdoor and indoor areas throughout the apartment community.
• Daily you will remove debris, trash, pet waste, branches and leaves from common areas such as hallways, gyms, restrooms, lobby, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments.
• Additionally, you will be collecting garbage, running the compactor dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning out trash cans, light painting and pressure washing, moving furniture are also some of the duties with this role.
• The grounds/porter will be required to use standard equipment such as a backpack leaf blower, pressure washer.
• Tasks most often involve prolonged standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Frequently lift 50+ pounds across variable distances.
