Job Responsibilities:

1. Process applications and verify LIHTC compliance
2. Assist residents with leasing inquiries and move-ins
3. Complete and update resident files in property management systems
4. Conduct property tours and marketing outreach
5. Support maintenance requests and unit readiness

What You Need:

1. LIHTC leasing experience is required
2. Knowledge of property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata preferred)
3. Fair Housing Certification required (training available)
4. Excellent communication and organization skills
5. Reliable transportation is a must
