Premier Placements Is hiring an Office Support Specialist to join our team!

The Office Support Specialist supports our recruiting team creating a professional, efficient experience for our applicants, employees, and clients. 

Location: Our office is in Marietta on Powers Ferry Rd near Windy Hill.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:45 am – 5 pm. Friday 7:45 – 2 pm

Payrate: $19 per hour

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer phones and voicemails, directing calls to the appropriate extension
  2. Upload and manage resumes and applications that are submitted
  3. Enter all new client job requests and send out service agreements
  4. Maintain records and keep ATS, CRM, and database up to date
  5. Document, review, and update applicant, client, and employee information in the database
  6. Assist recruiters with client and employee communications regarding scheduling work assignments via phone, email, and text
  7. Complete applicant references
  8. Greet applicants who arrive at the office, prepare the interview spaces and assist our remote recruiters with new hire paperwork and onboarding
  9. Maintain office inventory
  10. Monitor and assist recruiters each morning with employee check-in to ensure all temp employees arrive at their assignments. 
  11. Help create content on Canva and manage social media sites for the company

Qualifications:

  1. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  2. Experience in multi-family property management, retail management/key holder or an office environment performing clerical duties
  3. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and being able to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
  4. Outstanding follow-up skills along with a strong sense of urgency
  5. Intermediate to Advanced skill levels for Microsoft Office in Outlook and Word
  6. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
  7. Demonstrated attention to detail along with strong organizational skills
  8. Team-oriented and willing to help co-workers when needed
