Pay: $16.50 per hour, with weekly pay every Friday. 

Schedule: Leasing office hours are Monday-Friday from 8 am-6 pm, Saturdays from 10 am-5 pm, and Sundays from 1 pm-5 pm. Availability to work two weekends per month is required for Temp-to-Perm roles. 

Qualifications for Leasing Consultant Role:

1. Fair Housing Certification (provided at no cost for uncertified candidates). 
2. Demonstrated excellence in customer service and sales. 
3. Effective verbal and written communication skills. 
4. Strong multitasking abilities with an organized approach to work. 
5. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment. 
6. Reliable transportation is a must. 

Key Responsibilities as a Leasing Consultant: 

1. Respond promptly to online inquiries and phone calls from prospects and residents. 
2. Greet and qualify prospects, providing personalized tours of apartments and amenities. 
3. Manage rental application processes, coordinate move-ins, and prepare leasing agreements. 
4. Keep the office and model units clean, organized, and ready for tours. 
5. Conduct surveys to monitor competitor offerings and market trends. 
6. Utilize property management software (such as OneSite, Yardi, or Entrata) for record-keeping and lease processing. 

Physical Demands & Workplace Expectations: 

1. Maintain professional behavior and appearance at all times. 
2. Alternate between sitting and standing as tasks require. 
3. Climb stairs frequently throughout the workday. 
4. Lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds as needed. 
5. Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
