Premier Placements is hiring an experienced, skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician for a well-established apartment community in Macon, GA. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong technical skills and an interest in moving into a supervisory role within the apartment industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily maintenance operations, including work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.
2. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
3. Maintain curb appeal and ensure grounds are clean and presentable.
4. Manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
5. Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.

Requirements:

1. Property Management, Residential, Facility Management, Hospitality, Healthcare Facilities, Military Facilities or other industries with comparable maintenance experience
2. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair.
3. EPA Universal Certification preferred.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
