Property Groundskeeping Job – Weekly Pay & No On-Call

Rate of Pay: $16.50/hour

Locations: Multiple properties across Metro Atlanta

Schedule: First shift, flexible availability including weekends

Job Duties:

• Pick up trash and litter throughout community grounds
• Blow leaves and debris from walkways and driveways
• Light landscaping and painting as needed
• Clean pet stations and remove waste
• Report issues or resident concerns to management
• Ensure all areas remain clean and welcoming
